RECIPE: Arugula Walnut Pesto! (VEGAN)

INGREDIENTS

4 cups packed fresh arugula
2 cloves garlic
1 cup pure olive oil
3 tablespoon walnuts, toasted

Salt and freshly ground pepper (adjust to your taste preference)

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until fine.

How easy was that? 

Note you can swop out arugula for basil, spinach or any green. You can also swop out walnuts for pine nuts, cashews, almonds or any nut you prefer.
