Ornaments with a touch of class!PRODUCTS, REVIEWS & CONTESTS | Nirasha Jaganath | December 23, 2013 at 6:54 am
I love Lisa Leonard‘s jewelry. They are simple, classy and and honest. I own several pieces and feel a sense of reality when I wear them. I know that sounds weird for something a piece of jewelry can do, but it is true. It is not loud and the statement pieces have wonderful messages to them. The fact that they are handmade with intricate detail and a quality strong enough to make them be handed down to generations, means that her products are a keeper.
Honestly though, I never thought about ornaments and Lisa Leonard together, but when I took a look the holly ornament, I knew I would love it. It is like my tree finally has jewelry (and I think my tree likes it). While it is not huge, do not underestimate the ability for it to shine through amongst its larger neighbors. Enough of shine to gleam the christmas tree lights through but less than the shade wearing ornaments that blink as if to give you a headache.
The ornament is in the shape of the letter which at first you think “Well, nothing personalized there, anyone can go out and buy one of the 26 letters” but then you spy the entire name at the bottom, Written. Perfectly! To hang it? Well, not silly hook would do, a classy ornament deserves a ribbon to top it off. Nothing more festive than a red ribbon to adorn it, making it both functional and pretty too.
