Can you smell it in the air? It is pumpkin season and you know what comes with pumpkin season, right? You got it: Halloween! Now if you’re fumbling like me each year to buy an outfit that feels just about right rather than something that screams “last minute” you are googling costumes right now. Spirit Halloween is doing something fabulous this season. Since 2006 they have been supporting Child Life Departments to make hospital stays less scary for kids and their families, providing both fun and funding to hospitals at Halloween and all year long. For 2012 they are actually partnering with Saban’s Power Rangers Super Samurai to entertain young hospital patients and promote a safe and “Powered Up” Halloween nationwide during Spirit of Children Week.
Now that, you have to admit is something you can wrap your heart around! Plus you get to get in on the action of giving at donating in store and as a bonus reflective each donation above $2 gets aHalloween safety bracelet for kids to wear while trick-or-treating.
I managed to find the sweetest outfits for my kids.
