Disney Store celebrates its 25th anniversary on March 28th 2012 and I was surprised to see a wonderful selection of some of their products at my front door. They just ooze tradition and quality is what you would expect from Disney. If you happen to visit the Disney Store Facebook page, you will find several happenings in March at Disney Stores nationwide.
Here’s a small list of what is happening for the rest of the month:
Stickermania & Storytelling
Saturday March 24th 10:30am – 1:00pm
Kids use removable Disney character stickers to create their very own Disney Store party story.
Happy 25th Anniversary Disney Store
Wendesday, March 28th
Free Mickey Ears to first 250 guests. Celebration continues all day with trivia, games and dancing at various times.

Mickey Mouse is my boyfriend. I know I share him with so many people around the world…but how many of them have Mickey tattooed on their leg? Yes, it’s true. I’m 35 years old and I have Mickey Mouse tattooed on my leg. It all started in high school when we went to Disney World on our senior trip. For four days I searched and searched for Mickey. He was all that I wanted to see.
Sadly, he was no where to be found. I guess he was busy making a new cartoon or something. I’ve been in love with him ever since that trip. And to commemorate my time at Disney World, I got a tattoo of Mickey (this, of course, was only after I went to college far away from my parents.) I haven’t had a chance to go back to visit Disney world but hopefully I’ll get an opportunity to go back soon.
So, that is the story of my love affair with Mickey Mouse. He’s my favorite Disney character!
Mickey Mouse by far. He’s classic and the only character that our 2.5 YO toddler can say.

My daughter is a BIG fan of Tigger. Even bought a tigger taller than she is at the Disney store when visited in Baltimore. Had to go into the car seat in cargo (as big as a toddler) to fly with us home. She has over 15 Tiggers stuffed animals, bedding, pictures etc and counting. Even a Tigger tattoo charm on my ankle dedicated to her.
