Macy’s Tree Lighting In Boston: 11/25/2011 5PM Light Up The Night!

The one thing that makes up for the bitter cold in Winter is that the holiday season is deeply immersed in it. With celebrations from Halloween, Diwali, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, you may be able to forgive the iciness. I just wanted to give a heads up to the Macy’s annual tree lighting. Whether it be the annual Thanksgiving parade in NYC or the day after Thanksgiving tree lighting in Boston, Macy’s has become an embedded name of the season. The Boston tree lighting starts at 5pm and that makes it early enough for kids to see it without it being way past their bedtime (another thanks to the fact that it gets darker earlier these days).
So if you are all pooped out from you Black Friday shopping and want a reminder of the season that is actually free head on down.

Summer Street Entrance, Macy’s Boston, 450 Washington Street  Boston, MA 02111
Stroll over to Summer Street where our special guests, Joey McIntyre, Sony Music singing sensation Jasmine V, and Bostons football great Tedy Bruschi will help us kick off our Tree Lighting festivities! After performances by Joey and Jasmine, Santa will help us flip the switch that will light up our Christmas Tree and unveil our “Yes, Virginia” windows. Beginning at 6pm, join us in store where you can meet our special guests and get their autograph!
