Good Food Made Simple – In The Freezer Aisle!

REVIEWS | | June 3, 2011 at 7:03 pm

Recently I attended a breakfast hosted by a company called Good Food Made Simple. Their aim: make healthy food accessible by all. They focused on one meal that has been neglected somewhat, breakfast. Granted there are pancakes and waffles in the freezer aisles but nothing much else and nothing that is really healthy. Can you believe these guys have frozen oatmeal? I know, I wondered why and realized how much I love oatmeal but the instant one does not always feel so good so I don’t end up making it much. Currently they even have eggs, both whole and egg whites and like all of their frozen foods all are cooked completely and in individual portions. Talk about simplicity and that would be faster than driving through a fast food place!

At the event they dressed up the oatmeal and eggs to give ideas if you don’t want to have it as is. You will find them in your regular grocer as it seems their aim is to try and get the regular shopper to eat healthier.

With havin so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My website has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorization. Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being ripped off? I’d definitely appreciate it.

Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using? I’m looking to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a hard time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!

Greetings! Quick question that’s totally off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My website looks weird when browsing from my iphone. I’m trying to find a theme or plugin that might be able to fix this problem. If you have any recommendations, please share. Appreciate it!
