I have been looking for these Bob books in the library for my 1st grader who is learning to read. They used these books in her kindergarten class last year and I found them to be very helpful.

I would give to our little gal that is in kindergarten this year. Never heard the phrase “Sight Words” until yesterday when Gabs brought home a big sheet of paper and starting reading the lines to me, she explained that this word and that word are her “Sight Words” Good concept to learn words.!

OK, I know I don’t deserve more than one entry for this…but I just have to tell you….I retweeted this, and it was the first time in like forEVER that I’ve even been on Twitter. I just don’t get it. I only just now learned by doing this that it is simple to retweet…but I have to do into FB or wherever it was I set up this thing that will now make it my FB status…which I just think is WEIRD. I also noticed lots of my friends haven’t tweeted in a really long time…which makes me feel a little better about my Twitter ineptness.
I hope this rant was entertaining to someone, because it wasn’t meant to be a real rant (just had to say that in case it came off as one
