So you know I am en-route to a cruise (thanks to Carnival Cruise Lines) but as I await the hurricane out in my hotel room I realized I may be offline a bit for 8 days. In fact I will be blogging everyday to keep you along for the ride but I really felt guilty that I am leaving my readers. To make up for my guilt I felt why not give my readers a treat while I am away. So when I was at BlogHer I was invited to do the Kodak bus tour. Even though New York is decently close to me and I have been there oodles of times I had never been on an official tour. The lucky invitees were all sent a Kodak EasyShare M580 digital camera, the same type I am going to give to you. Anyway there was a photo taking contest and my photo of the memorial set up by people on a fence for September 11th actually won. MY prize was a prize for you. I did not actually win anything for me but got to give my readers the Kodak EasyShare camera (valued at $199.95) and a Kodak Pulse Digital Frame (valued at $129.95).
Seriously this is an awesome prize and the value of it a whopping $329.90!!!
Although I don’t have the digital frame so can’t tell you my experience with it, I did receive the camera. The camera looks unassuming but takes fabulous pictures. I have a DSLR, which is a sexy red, but this one rivals it since it is HD (high definition).
Now I would go on telling you about the specifications but I have a cruise to catch, people. There are links to each for more details. I will miss all of you as I doubt I will be much online except for recounting my journey.

My favorite vacation spot is the Lake District in England. Living in the USA miss home country, if you have ever seen the any movies based on the Bronte sisters, like Sense and Sensibility, Emma etc then you have seen the Lake District.
