Win A Backpack And A $20 Panera Gift Card!

CONTESTS, REVIEWS, REVIEWS & CONTESTS | | August 10, 2010 at 8:29 pm

Contest closed!

Congratulations Jessica!

While I was at Evo Conference I came across the company Whoops Bunny. The idea behind the “whoops” had me interested. Working on the angle that little accidents and imperfections are ok in life is what drew me to the brand. I used to be a perfectionist at one time, then I had kids, and when I thought I could swing the perfectionist angle I discovered it did not mesh well with having a special needs child. Thus I have learned less frustration by going with the flow. The fact that these guys make quality products is an added bonus.

We got to take the backpack for a spin and I loved the fact that it felt padded and yet had no yucky odor that normally goes with bags with similar materials. They donate 1% of their sales to the planet and are eco-friendly in their production, materials and packaging. That should make you happy but the sweet designs should make your kiddo too.

Well how about a backpack to start your littlest ones off on the academic journey? You can win any of the 2 backpacks pictured below (your choice).

But wait, we need something more right? How about a Panera gift card? I have been a big fan of Panera from my pre-kids and pre-marriage days. I am a mom who is not perfect about food with kids but scoffs at all that nonsense served up in the guise of “kids menu”.  So whether you want to have a place you stop by to get a wholesome meal for your child or yourself Panera has something to offer. Sadly a place that bakes its own bread always gets me excited and I end up eating and eating.

The kid’s menu is real, with real cheese and organic yogurt. So whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner – or even something in between you can shop by for a meal that is not fast food. The chai is to die for but my personal favorite thing about Panera? Free wi-fi, yeah I am a geek and proud of it. You can win a $20 gift card to Panera! See details below.

Want to win the backpack of choice (valued at $25.99) from above and a $20 Panera gift card to go with? Seriously how awesome a prize can you get?

To win just leave a comment  what will you buy from Panera and for who.

Contest closes 15th August 2010 . To earn extra entries, after you have left a comment, do one of the following, but make sure you leave a separate comment entry for each extra thing you do. Sheri says:

Panera is definitely my family’s fast-casual hot spot because of its freshly prepared choices and addictive bread bowls that stay crusty on the outside while getting all squishy and soppy with yummy soup on the inside – good to the last crumb! My 2.75 year old toddler seems to have a hollow leg these days, so he’d most likely scarf down all the melted cheesy goodness on top of the french onion soup in a bread bowl, then progress to devouring the entire bread bowl as well. He’d go on to “share” (aka steal) my husband’s turkey artichoke panini along with the pickle, and then try to take away his caramel smoothie, first & foremost the whipped cream. I’d watch the commotion while shaking my head and munching on my favorite salad: strawberry & poppyseed with chicken. On the way out, my little one might start a tantrum bc he’d see the muffins and the bear claw and want to take one for the road, so I might buy him a fruit cup as a distraction and then end up eating it all myself. YUM :)
