JELL-O Mousse Temptations Latest Flavor: Chocolate Mint Sensation!

So you know that I have kicked off the Better For BlogHer campaign and I am looking at everything that will help with that pesky snacking habit I have. I took a peek at Jello Mousse a while back but looking at how popular that was amongst readers when I was offered to check out a sample – I said yes!

The new flavor – Chocolate Mint Sensation is still sugar free and only 60 calories but you all want to know about the taste right? Well this is still fluffy like the current flavors: Chocolate, Caramel and Dark Chocolate (my favorite) but Chocolate Mint has less of an after taste. Not that the others were but anything sugar free normally has a chalky after taste. If they were slightly noticeable after the older flavors the “minty” taste has absolutely none of it. Maybe it has something to do with the strong minty feeling of something similar to chewing gum or toothpaste but your mouth certainly feels “fresher”.

Disclosure: I received a sample of the product!

Let me tell you, these things are delicious! — I have to eat soft food for two weeks, due to dental surgery. So I pick up a bunch of stuff at the store, and I wanted something sweet. So I go over to the pudding and regular Jello isle. I saw these in the Caramel Creme. That night opened one up, put my spoon in and took a pleasurable taste. Wowie, I loved it. Started to look at the label, didn’t even know it was sugar free! What a pleasant surprise. And now this new flavor? Yum, can’t wait to get my hands on some! Thanks for the info! :D

I think the commercial world is getting desperate when they produce commercials to scare children into not eating their food, ( the parents) Isn’t that next to bulling, which some people are getting prosecuted for? I certainly don’t have a desire to look for your product and puchasing it.

I hate those stupid commercials! — I think it is absolutely crazy that any family, in any household, (and yeah we never had children, but that’s not the point) should have to hide certain foods from each other. You either buy it for all to enjoy or don’t buy it at all! “RIDICULOUS”!
Bring back the old Jello commercials with Bill Cosby! At least they were family friendly!
