Like it or lump it Back To School time is around the corner. With Back To School comes lunch time. Whether you dislike the lunch dished out at school cafeterias (which I do) or simply prefer to pack lunch for your child, you know the lunch box is an important part. One of the companies I trust with containers is Thermos. In fact I have purchased the bottles and food containers for both my kids. I may not be able to help you fix lunch but Mommy Niri is going to give one of her readers a chance to win a lunch kit. I decided to choose something that would not be gender specific for a prize, hope you (or your little one) is a Scooby fan.
The Mystery Machine kit includes (from the Thermos site):

- Includes 10 oz. sports bottle
Please note I did not receive any products from Thermos so I have no idea about this lunch kit but I think the Thermos brand is pretty well reputed. Thermos will be supplying the winner of this contest with the lunch kit.
Now what goes great with that lunch? A clue: not food related but makes you feel yummy inside! Remember the feeling when someone leaves you a special note? Well how about you get that but also easily. I mean practically in this fast paced world no one writes much so these little cards with sweet messages makes it easier. Plus they are so darn cute.
Mommy Message cards are sure to brighten up someone’s day. From sweet sentiments to little jokes there is sure to be something small that you could easily slip into the lunch bag to make a big smile. I received a card sample and I am so excited to try it with my little girl who starts Kindergarten this fall. Luckily she can read.

What a great start for him on his first day, my grandosn and his family just relocated to Florida from NH and starts first grade in a new school, this would be great for him to enjoy each day
My 5 year old has a real Scooby Doo “thing” going on right now. He would LOVE this! Message cards would be a fun tradition to start as he starts school this fall as well.

Oh my nephew is the biggest Scooby fan you will ever meet. When he gets frustrated with other kids not sharing you can often hear him say under his breath…those pesky kids!

My youngest son. He is upset because they are closing our school and splitting up all the grades into different buildings. (I’m upset too-I have 4 kids going to 4 different buildings, and not one bus stop anywhere near my house!-uugghh.)

I would give the lunch box to my niece who is 6 and loves Scooby Doo but I’d keep the cards for myself and slip them in my son’s lunch box who is 10 and hope to not embarass him.
