We just moved into a new house so our summer plans pretty much revolve around it – doing some minor renos, yardwork, etc. Hopefully we’ll also get a few days to go camping and to the beach too!

Our summer plans are somewhat limited, since my husband lost his job and finances are tight. We’re spending lots of quality time with family doing cookouts, bike rides and attending local festivals.
We went to Disneyworld July 3-8th and had a blast!
We’re not going on vacation at all as we went to Hawaii in April. We’ll just be swimming in our pool.

Our summer plans consist of playing in the sprinkler outside and going up every couple weeks or so to the in-laws cabin.

My daughter started year round kindergarden last week so we went on a cruise the last week of May. I will also be going up to take care of my mom in August as she has surgery to remove a very large tumor.

We don’t have any special vacation plans this year. We usually go to my parents vacation home about 1-2 times a month and visit with everyone there but that is our “normal” summer but it is a 2 hour drive so we spend a lot of time in the car.
We are heading to Canada to visit Gramma and Grandpa in a couple of weeks!
