Hi, I love to cook, bake and eat with my 6 year old twins. They have their own cookbooks and bakeware. It must be hereditary, my mom is a baker too.
my favorite meal of all time is lasagne- seriously yummy cheesy thick and rich- mine when I make it is about 4 inches high so its stuffed
My favorite dish of all time is my mom’s cheese enchiladas. Yum!
stuffed shells is my favorite meal to make
My favorite dish has to be the phenomenal carrot cake I make- but if we have to go with a savory delicious dinner, I love sweet and sour meatballs.
I twittered the contest too- http://twitter.com/melgotserved/status/1807180660
Lasgana
It has to be Lasagna, and I’m better at eating it than cooking it.
I make a killer ragu with beef shanks and hot Italian sausage. It can be used multiple ways. Baked Ziti. Spaghetti. Over rice. Over noodles. It’s really good.
I love making baked brisket. It’s super easy and takes very little prep. Take a 3 pound brisket and slather it with ketchup, Over the top of this shake a package of onion soup mix. Line a glass dish with foil, place the brisket inside and cover it with another sheet of foil. Fold tightly. Bake at 325 for 2 – 2 1/2 hours. Very tender and surprisingly tasty. Really.
Gotta be my mom’s mac and cheese with ham. Some current favorites include the Vietnamese glazed skinny pork chops with carrot relish from the Food & Wine website and the pasta with scallops and lemon-mustard butter sauce from the Bon Appetit cookbook. Can’t get enough!
MOM POT ROAST and fixings is my favorite meal
Beef Stroganoff from the Betty Crocker Cookbook
I love Seafood Strudel from Bon Apetit Magazine. I clipped it years ago and everyone loves it. Thanks for the chance.
Tortellini with Alfredo sauce. Then I take a good piece of ham and dice it into matchstick-sized morsels and fry it until browned. Toss the ham into the Tortellini with a cup of fresh peas. Serve with a salad.
Seriously hard to decide but it would have to have spinach in it. It could be spinach artichoke hot dip or a Florentine quiche.
YUM
Linguine with White Clam Sauce…….
I love making & eating my beef stroganoff, but it clogs your arteries just smelling it, so I don’t cook it as often as I’d like to.
Thanks for the giveaway >^..^<

My favorite dish of all time is a turkey casserole with peas and water chestnuts that my mom makes after Thanksgiving. It’s divine. Thanks for the chance to win what sounds like a truly wonderful cookbook.
I am rather a novice cook as anyone who reads my blog knows. Usually it is the crockpot route for me since it is safe. But yesterday I made such a delicious dish, although it did not require any cooking. It was a chicken pasta salad that had bowtie pasta, chicken, grape tomatos, fresh mozarrella chunks, parmesan cheese and just a dash of italian dressing. It is now my favorite and I might eat it all summer long!

Gosh, that is such a hard question! My most requested dish of all times is a simple italian rustic salad of sliced fresh mozzerella, sliced fresh tomatoes with salt and pepper, fresh basil and olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It is so simple but people just love it!

Deep fried chicken stuffed with glazed ham and provolone
There are actually two things that I love to make for my family (and enjoy myself too) and they are a special meatloaf recipe with an ingredient that I include in it that I refuse to divulge, because then it wouldn’t be all that special! The other is a terrific homemade mac and cheese recipe that I came across years ago. Of course, I don’t use the butter or the whole milk or full fat sour cream (I tweak it a bit to make it less of a “guilty” pleasure.)
I love making spaghetti.
My favorite dish to make is Lasagna, because everyone loves it and it makes enough for 3 or 4 meals so I know I won’t have to cook for a while.
