Win An EA Sports Active For Wii

I am not a huge fan of exercise or electronic gaming but when you put them both together, neither me or my still-carrying-baby-weight body can resist. I must admit I was slightly impressed when Wii hit the market, then Wii fit made me stand up and take notice but when I heard to EA SPORTS Active for Wii it was enough to get me moving. Releasing on May 19th, EA SPORTS ActiveTM is the fun and effective fitness program that fits your life, with over 25 exercises and activities you can do from the comfort of your own. It even has dance, tennis, basketball among several other exercises.

Currently 12 challengers, coming from all walks of life and fitness, are taking the 30 day challenge to get fit. You can do it too. The EA SPORTS Active comes with several modes including the 30 day challenge. Want Mommy Niri to help along? Well how about winning the EA SPORTS Active? Contest closes on the 20th of May. Winners will be chosen by and announced on the 21st of May.  Keep an eye out for several more contests.

    I just got a Wii and the Wii Fit (need some games:)) and have been using my Wii Fit to get, well, fit. I’ve already lost 2.6 pounds in the first 10 days. We go to the park every evening now that the weather is nice for some speed walking.

    This would be a great altenative compared to paying a personal trainer which is very costly. I still have quite a bit of weight to loss and I am sure this would make it much easier.

    during the summer we do alot of outside building (yesterday was our first time this year) and we are feeling it in our muscles – we are adding on a deck to the astronomy shed that we built 2 yrs ago and will also be siding the shed as well as the garage we built last yr

    Since the weather has been nice, I have been taking my Chubby-huggy to the park to walk. She rides in the stroller, throws peanuts at the squirrels. This prize would be great because I stay at home with the kids and it is hard to get away to excersise.

    With two constantly physically-active kids, not too hard to find time for everyone to swim an hour or so every day or so. That, on top of tracking my Body-Mass-Index and a general structured-exercise approach with the Wii Fit, and I’m already losing weight AND getting faster on my feet.
