In honor of Mother’s Day, the NH Children’s Museum will offer free admission for all mothers and grandmothers on Sunday, May 10 from noon – 5 pm. I have been to this museum and I love the variations it provides from art, to science to “cooking” to dinosaur hunt, to music to dress up. It is a relaxing place for parents and a wondrous place for kids.

Kids are invited to make a special art keepsake for mom in the museum’s Project Area during their visit. Museum staff will help children make a tissue paper flower garden, mounted to display and personalized with the sentiment, “Thank you for helping me grow!” There is no charge for the drop in craft making, as it is included in the admission. See the site for NH Children’s Museum for more details.
